The executive board is meeting monthly, September through June, on the first Monday of every month from 7:30pm until 9:00pm, unless such date falls on a legal or religious holiday, in which case the meeting shall be held on the following or previous Monday. 

All PTO members are entitled to attend meetings of the executive board as silent observers. Members may request in writing to attend and address the executive board to discuss matters relevant to the PTO one week prior to an executive board meeting (psis187@gmail.com). Individuals who are not members of the PTO may attend executive board meetings only with approval of the executive board.

La junta ejecutiva se reúne mensualmente, de septiembre a junio, el primer lunes de cada mes de 7:30 p. m. a 9:00 p. m., a menos que dicha fecha coincida con un feriado legal o religioso, en cuyo caso la reunión se realizará el siguiente o lunes anterior.

Todos los miembros de la PTO tienen derecho a asistir a las reuniones de la junta ejecutiva como observadores silenciosos. Los miembros pueden solicitar por escrito asistir y dirigirse a la junta ejecutiva para discutir asuntos relevantes para el PTO una semana antes de una reunión de la junta ejecutiva (psis187@gmail.com). Las personas que no son miembros de la PTO pueden asistir a las reuniones de la junta ejecutiva solo con la aprobación de la junta ejecutiva.
